This Strongway Power Cage comes with Soft Touch Lat Pull Down Bar and Straight Bar extensions. Weight Plates, available separately, can be inserted into the Dual Cable Pulley System, which increases the load and makes the training more intensive. The Weight Plates (25mm or 50mm Olympic Plates) can also be stored in the rack, which add stability to your rack during your body-weight training. Height adjustable Steel J-cups and Safety Pins are also included in the package to keep you and your bar safe during training. Dual Thickness Double Pull Up Bar can be used for chin-ups. Height Adjustable Dip Stand can be used to work on core muscles and triceps.

Our New Strongway Multi-Gym Power Rack comes with a Landmine Attachment (360-degree rotation) and Barbell Row Holder. When using a landmine, you’re able to move in an arc motion to apply force freely either vertically, horizontally or some combination of the two - making rotational movements a breeze. Some Landmine Exercises which can be incorporated with this Power Cage include - Landmine Squat, Landmine Half-Kneeling Press, Landmine Single-Arm Press, Landmine Standing Press, Landmine Row.
