Weight Plates, available separately, can be inserted into the Dual Cable Pulley System, which increases the load and makes the training more intensive. The Weight Plates (25mm or 50mm Olympic Plates) can also be stored in the rack, which add stability to your rack during your body-weight training. Height adjustable Steel J-cups and Safety Pins are also included in the package to keep you and your bar safe during training. Dual Thickness Double Pull Up Bar can be used for chin-ups. Height Adjustable Dip Stand can be used to work on core muscles and triceps.
