Delivery
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver orders within 3–5 working days, and most arrive within this timescale. On rare occasions, deliveries may take longer due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will usually be available for you to monitor progress.
If your delivery has not arrived within 10 days of purchase, please contact our Customer Service team.
Who will deliver my purchases?
We partner with trusted courier services (DPD and FedEx) to ensure your order arrives safely.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Some of our couriers do deliver on weekends, but unfortunately, this is not something we can guarantee.
Can I add my order to an existing account?
We are unable to assign orders to an account once placed, so please make sure you are logged in before completing your purchase.
Can I add something to an existing order?
Generally, orders cannot be amended once placed. However, if you contact our Customer Service team quickly enough, they may be able to help before the order is processed. For security, please include the order number, name, delivery address, and email address of the purchaser.
Can I create an account with Strongway?
Yes! Creating an account is a great way to save your details for faster checkout and to track your order history. You can create an account during checkout.
How will I know when my delivery is arriving?
We’ll send you a confirmation email when you place your order, followed by another once your items are dispatched. The courier will then provide updates, including an estimated delivery date.
Some of my order is missing – when will it arrive?
For large or multi-box items (such as racks, cages, or gym machines), deliveries may be split over multiple days. If part of your order has arrived, the rest should follow within 48 hours. If it hasn’t, please contact us.
Where can I track my order?
We’ll update you via email with tracking details where available. If you created an account, you can also check your order status by logging in. If tracking isn’t available, our Customer Service team can help. For security, please include your order number and delivery details when contacting us.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email – what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered. If you still can’t find it, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details.
My tracking says ‘Delayed’ or ‘Not Received’. What does that mean?
This usually means your order has left our warehouse but hasn’t yet been scanned by the courier. Tracking should update shortly. Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.
Returns
Do you offer free returns on unwanted items?
We do not cover the cost of returning unwanted items unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
How do I return an unwanted item?
Simply contact our team for return instructions and read our [Returns Policy]. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
I’ve gone over the 30-day returns period. Can I still return my item?
In some cases, we may accept returns after 30 days if the item is unused, resaleable, and in its original packaging. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline. Please contact us to discuss.
If my item arrives damaged, do I have to pay to send it back?
No. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a collection, replacement, or refund at no extra cost. Please do not return any items until you’ve spoken with us and received instructions.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
At this time, we do not provide installation services for our gym equipment. All items are supplied with assembly instructions to help guide you through the setup process.
Is the equipment easy to assemble?
Yes. Most of our products are designed for home and commercial use and come with straightforward assembly instructions. Many items can be built with basic tools.
Can you recommend someone to install my equipment?
We don’t directly partner with installation providers. However, many customers choose to use local handymen, fitness equipment assembly services, or professional gyms that offer setup support.
Do I need special tools for assembly?
In most cases, only standard household tools are required (such as spanners and Allen keys, which are often included). For larger rigs or commercial setups, additional tools may be helpful, but nothing specialist is usually required.
Payments and Promotions
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift vouchers in various amounts. These can be purchased online and used towards any order.
I think I’ve been charged incorrectly – what should I do?
If you believe there’s an error with your payment, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If a pricing mistake is discovered, we’ll give you the option of a refund or proceeding at the correct price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
Do you offer finance options?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Klarna to give you flexible payment choices. At checkout, you can select Klarna to either:

Spread the cost into 3 interest-free instalments.
Approval is handled directly by Klarna during checkout, and availability may depend on your personal eligibility.
