Warranty Policy

At Strongway Gym Supplies, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. To give you complete peace of mind, all of our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our 12-month warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Faulty components that affect product performance or safety

  • Premature failure of parts under normal, intended use

Where applicable, we will:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the defective part, or

  • Offer a replacement product of equal value if a repair is not possible.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

  • Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Strongway Gym Supplies or an authorized technician

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint wear) that does not affect product function

  • Commercial misuse where products were not specified for commercial environments

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact us at sales@strongway.co.uk with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.

  2. Our support team will assess the claim and advise on next steps.

  3. If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement parts, or a product replacement.

Important Notes

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

  • Strongway Gym Supplies reserves the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving a warranty claim.

  • If the exact product is no longer available, we may provide a suitable replacement of equal or greater value.
