What Our Warranty Covers
Our 12-month warranty covers:

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Modifications or repairs carried out by anyone other than Strongway Gym Supplies or an authorized technician

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered under this warranty:

If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement parts, or a product replacement.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

Strongway Gym Supplies reserves the right to inspect and verify the defect before approving a warranty claim.

If the exact product is no longer available, we may provide a suitable replacement of equal or greater value.
