Return and Refund Policy
At Strongway Gym Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging (including manuals, tags, and accessories where applicable).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
How to start a return:

Email us at sales@strongway.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if:

Your item is damaged,

Your item is defective, or
-
You received the wrong item.
Where possible, keep the original packaging, as this helps us process your claim more efficiently. We may request photos of the issue before providing a resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund).
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Items purchased as part of a clearance sale or marked “Final Sale.”

Gift cards or digital products.

Custom or special-order items (unless defective).

Items that have been assembled, used, or are missing parts.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your unwanted item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:

Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
If your return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
