Shipping policy

At Strongway Gym Supplies, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read the details below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

Dispatch Times

  • All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1–2 days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM may be processed the following working day.

Delivery Partners

We work with DPD and FedEx, selecting the best courier based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Fastest available service

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Many orders arrive sooner (unless otherwise noted on the product page).

  • Your order may be split into multiple deliveries. If you receive part of your order, the remaining items should follow within 48 hours.

  • If you do not receive all items within this time frame, please contact us at sales@strongway.co.uk so we can investigate.

Tracking

Every order is shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

Please note:

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order is delayed significantly, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available to all areas within Mainland UK, except certain postcodes.

  • For excluded postcodes, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Excluded Postcodes:
AB31–AB56, HS1–HS9, IV1–IV63, KA27–KA28, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA88, PH4–PH50, ZE1–ZE3, IM1–IM9, GY1–GY10, BT1–BT94, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25.

Additional Information

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between standard business hours.

  • Some couriers may deliver on Saturdays, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • Large or palletised orders:

    • Our team may contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date.

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for palletised deliveries, as re-delivery may incur additional charges.
