Summary: Great for busy people, beginners and those anxious to go to a public gym. Advanced lifters may want to purchase a multi-gym with more adjustability and higher weights as this has non and caps at 72kg.

Long Review: This multi-gym is really useful and great value for money. Assembly instructions were a little unclear but whole thing only took around 2 hours to complete.

Great for those who are starting out or those who want to workout but don’t have the time for a public gym. For example, I’m a chef on 12 hour days and my nearest gym is a 30 minute drive in the opposite direction to work. My partner has social anxiety and and is uncomfortable in public gyms. So it fits our lifestyles well, being able to get a decent full body workout in my own time.

Caveat/disclaimer: Those with experience may find the lack of adjustability limiting and the weight may not be high enough for some maxing out at 72kg. For my partner, this is fine but for me, less so.

Great bit of equipment

This is my first proper bit of gym equipment, moving up from a simple weight and dumbbells setup.
It has everything I need, and it's great that I can mix up my weights without the need to keep getting new ones.
Assembly was fine, took me a couple of hours doing it by myself. The instructions are ok if you take the time to read them properly and keep the list of which number relates to which code on the attachment card. One tip - I spent a good 20 minutes looking for a size of screw on that card that seemed to be missing, just before I fired off an email I realised that 'pre-lock' meant pre-loaded and the screw was actually already in the end of the pole. If you buy this you'll thank me for that bit of info!
