You will receive this machine in 4 packages and luckily for me everything was there (reading some reviews people have had an issue with this) I had two slight problems of one of the rubber footplates being damaged and one of the pulley wheels having a few sharp pieces of plastic on. I contacted customer service and I must say Manish was more than helpful and sent out replacements straight away.
This machine is great value for money, it has a small footprint and you can do quite a good variety of exercises on it. The weight stack is heavy enough for me and I have seen a few people complaining about the weights not being numbered. You get 12 x 6kg weights and 1 x 3kg weight, I took the liberty of using a label maker and adding the numbers to the weights to make things a little easier so that’s a simple enough solution in my opinion. One slight negative is when in use the weight pin in the middle of the weights when in motion can tap against the weight not being lifted which can maybe be a little annoying for some people but I personally don’t find it a big issue. I’ve also seen a few people complaining about the smoothness of the cable, I’ve just used some cable lubricant and use it regularly to try and keep everything as smooth as possible. Having the cable be adjustable in height creates more possibility for exercises and the addition of the footplates on the bottom of the machine is a very nice touch. The handles included are actually decent quality and I haven’t felt the need to replace them as of yet.
The only major negative I can give is the instructions, they are in a desperate need of an update as in order to build this I had to resort to looking at pictures on the website and basically try different bolts for certain parts and through trial and error eventually got it built correctly. Nothing is labelled and all the bolts, nuts and washers are just in one pack and the instructions themselves for the machine are about 6 pages long.
This overall is a great cable machine and I would highly recommend it once it’s built!

Excellent value for money however the instructions are not clear. Thankfully a friend who had his own gave me a welcome hand.

Pretty disappointed with this. The instructions are awful, and the metal cup was loose behind the black ball of the cord from day 1 of using. There weights are quite heavy and no indication of what the weights equate to either. Not very smooth rither hoping this will ease over time.

Very happy with this machine, everything is great and the only thing I would say is that the instructions could do with a little bit of work xD
