Very happy with this machine

Very happy with this machine, everything is great and the only thing I would say is that the instructions could do with a little bit of work xD
This would save time when building lol

It does the job, but....

For the price, it does the job. It's not without it's flaws but I didn't set my expectations very high.
Firstly, the instructions are not very good, you can build it but it said to use certain length screws but these weren't provided, only longer screws but that caused confusion.
I also had fixings left over including 2 black washers which the instructions did not say where to put them but I used one on the top of the weights as it looked to be the right fit.
One problem I had was with the cord, there is a loose metal cup that rests beneath the black ball and it's middle hole was sharp which would cut into the cord, I removed it in the end as it isnt needed.
I also found that the central middle bar for the weights would wobble when lifting one or two of the weights and therefore would not be aligned to the centre and therefore occasionally it would get stuck.
The bar used to take in and out of the weights doesn't always engage fully, you have to twist the central cable wheel to allow it to raise or lower.
Although these are flaws, you can work around them.

Great piece of equipment

Great piece of equipment, I was limited on height so a single cable crossover was my only option, although a full crossover was my target, however it arrived, fits perfectly works perfectly and I absolutely love it. Looks good, practical, functional, love love love it!

For the price and final product 5*, but assembly 1*. I needed a metal file to smooth a couple of parts that would have damaged the cables over time. As others have stated, the instructions are terrible; im glad I checked the last pages first re: putting handles into larger holes. I did an initial inventory on the nuts/ bolts and there were less, but some parts already have them in so it works out in the end. Some holes in the posts should be square not round (minor design issue that should be fixed in future revision), therefore its better to put the bolts in oppositr direction to the instructions (as per photos online) for increased strength. You need your own wrench to tighten properly. As others said, large ruber washers go on bottom of stack (not shown in instructions) and the weights do all have an orientation that a few people messed up in their photos - look at their sides.
