I’ve had my smith machine a few months now and installed it in my garden room because of the 2.5m height restriction this was perfect. Installation was straightforward and once completed the machine seems very sturdy. The machine ticks all the right boxes for me and I am very happy with the purchase. If I have 1 negative it the foam pad that fits on the bar when squatting could rap the bar better but that’s a minor.

It finally arrived yesterday. It was well packaged and the delivery team delivered it straight to my garage. There was 10 boxes. The instructions are very easy to follow but if you are putting it up in a garage like the way I have in the photo you need to read ahead otherwise you’ll have to take the whole top section off to fit the black Smith machine bar into the housings. It took around 4 1/2 to five hours to build by myself I wasn’t rushing. It has everything you need on it and I’m very happy with it.

I finally recieved my order and began the assembly process. I was dreading it after reading other reviews but it was actually very easy and I was surprised how quick it came together. I was dubious about the quality of the multi gym because of the price compared to others which are more expensive. I have been presently surprised, its actually good quality and more than adequate for a home gym set up.

As the title says, I think this is really great for the money. As other reviews have pointed out, the weight stack are fluid filled plastic, but they all weigh the same, so it doesn't matter, in my opinion.
The assembly was simple enough. The only "tricky" bit was identifying which poles go where and they could be identified a little better, but I still figured it out and assembled it on my own.
The pull up bar was damaged on delivery and so was the bench. The customer service was brilliant and replacement bits were sent out straight away and without any quibbles.
Only negative is I overlooked the ability to do calf raises, which you can't do without buying an extra bit of kit. Really not a problem with the gym.
I was apprehensive about spending that much money online, but my fears have not been realised and I will be buying from Strongway again.

Great gym for the price .. if I could change one thing it would be the runners to chrome /steel rather than painted tubes .. but all things considered it dose what it’s supposed to ..
