Great gym, instructions weren't simple but manageable. About 3 hours to build few mistakes easily rectified. Loved the vacuum sealed bolts and nuts on the labeled cardboard. Very nice touch! All packaged very well. Incredible item for the money

Strongway Multi Gym with Weights (72kg) - Excellent Value and Versatility
As a 56-year-old who runs and cycles regularly, I’ve always tried to stay active. However, over the last year I’ve noticed a significant loss of muscle mass, partly due to age and partly because I haven’t kept up with my strength training as much as I should have. Having done plenty of weight training in the past, I decided it was time to get back to it and started researching home gym options.
After comparing quite a few machines, I settled on the Strongway Multi Gym. What attracted me most was the 72kg weight stack, which is larger than many competitors in the same price range. I also liked the three cable positions (high, middle, and low), which allow for a huge variety of exercises. The overall design looked solid and well thought out, and it certainly appeared more robust than many other machines I considered.
I’ve now had the gym for around three weeks, and overall I’m very impressed.
The build quality is excellent for the price. It feels strong, sturdy, and well made, and assembly was much easier than I expected. Once put together, the machine feels stable and inspires confidence when training.
Most importantly, it offers a wide range of exercises. Whether you’re training chest, back, shoulders, arms, or legs, there’s enough versatility to put together a comprehensive workout programme. The multiple cable positions are particularly useful and greatly expand the number of exercises that can be performed.
As with any multi gym, there will always be some limitations compared to having lots of separate gym equipment. That’s simply the compromise you make when buying an all-in-one machine. However, compared with many other multi gyms I’ve researched, this one accommodates an impressive range of exercises and does so remarkably well for the price. For most people training at home, it covers virtually everything needed for a complete strength-training routine.
A Tip for New Owners
One piece of advice I’d give is to carry out a quick visual check of all the rubber O-rings and metal cups at the cable attachment points before each workout and occasionally during use, particularly around the leg extension attachment.
During my first few weeks of ownership, one of the O-rings appears to have moved out of position. This caused the metal cup to become loose, which in turn led to the weight stack occasionally sticking and rubbing against the coating. I’m not entirely sure how it happened, but it’s something that’s easy to monitor and worth checking regularly.
What really impressed me was how Strongway dealt with the issue. Their customer service has been exemplary from start to finish. They responded quickly, were helpful throughout, and arranged for an updated replacement part without any fuss. In my experience, problems can occasionally occur with any piece of equipment, but it’s how a company responds that really matters, and Strongway have been outstanding in that regard.
Overall Verdict
For anyone looking to maintain or rebuild strength at home, I think the Strongway Multi Gym represents excellent value for money. The 72kg weight stack, strong build quality, exercise variety, and overall versatility make it one of the better home gyms available in this price bracket.
It’s not perfect, but no multi gym is. What matters is that it delivers where it counts: it’s sturdy, versatile, enjoyable to use, and capable of providing an effective full-body workout.
I would happily recommend it, particularly to anyone like me who wants to regain lost muscle, improve strength, and do so without filling their home with multiple pieces of gym equipment.

Great service from start to finish. From buying on the website right through to delivery was quick and easy.
Great communication throughout, had one slight issue with a bit of damage but the customer service team were fantastic, responded quickly and i was compensated no questions asked. I would highly recommend Strongway and will definitely be using them again.
